Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Face Coverings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Beach Day Essentials (swimwear and similar items)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once we receive the returned item.

Return Shipping

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
