We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (for orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your coastal-inspired apparel as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Face Coverings
- Beach Day Essentials (swimwear and similar items)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale” at time of purchase
How to Return or Exchange
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you return instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided in your approval email) using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
